TEPS was started by Tom Masiewicz and Kenny Williams in 2002. They have been working in the telecom industry for the past 22 years and have over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and electrical fields. TEPS is based in Concord, CA, with a satellite location in Sacramento, CA. Although our primary construction work is done in the greater San Francisco Bay Area our service area encompasses Northern California and Nevada.
TEPS has over 70 employees providing electrical, radio frequency, HVAC, and generator services as well as general civil, mechanical, and electrical construction services. In California we hold B, C-10, and C-20 licenses, and in Nevada we hold C2 and C21B contractor licenses.
Tom Masiewicz
President
Tom has been the President of TEPS since its inception. He is responsible for all of the company’s functions; focusing on technical guidance of TEPS field personnel and overall business development. Tom has 25 years in the cellular industry. He has developed relationships with AT&T, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. Tom has a B General, C-10 Electrical, and C-20 HVAC license in California and C-21B Air Conditioning, and C-2 Electrical licenses in Nevada. He is a tested member of EGSA, Emergency Generator Service Association.
Kenny Williams
HVAC Division Manager
Kenny currently holds the office of Treasurer at TEPS and is responsible for assurance of quality in construction and service. He also manages the satellite branch in Visalia and oversees daily operations of all branch operations. Kenny formed Excel Heating and Air Conditioning in 1998 after working at Cellular One in the wireless industry. In 2002 he formed TEPS along with Tom and Tim Masiewicz. Kenny has thirty years of experience with HVAC and electrical along with twenty years with generators. He also has certifications as a C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Contractor and a Journeyman Electrician. Kenny has an Associate Degree in HVAC-R, an AS in Mathematics and Science and a BS in Maintenance Management.
Nick Klemenok
Director of Northern CA Construction
Nick manages all aspects of civil construction at TEPS and is responsible for the development of several of TEPS’ Leads and Foremen. He was the 9th employee hired on at TEPS which is now more than 70 employees. He has been in the wireless industry for the past 23 years and is a Certified Electrician by trade in the State of California. He has been involved in all facets in the cellular industry including project management and construction of cell sites. During his career he has worked closely with the cell carriers, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Metro PCS, and T-Mobile and has built one of the largest DAS Systems in the country for BART.
Tony Pachao
Radio Frequency, Distributed Antenna Systems Manager
Tony manages the RF and DAS division at TEPS. Tony has developed multiple crews of DAS system installers that lead the industry and meet stringent timelines in the telecom industries most explosive field. DAS – Distributed Antenna Systems is the future of telecom and TEPS is at the forefront of installations and development. Tony has been with TEPS for 9 years, prior to joining TEPS he worked for JB3 Enterprises and was considered the one industry’s top RF Field Installation technicians. He continues to serve the RF needs of all of the major telecom carriers in service, modifications and new installations.
Brandon Halog
Electrical Division Manager
Brandon Halog is a certified electrician and has been working in the industry for over 25 years, managing all aspects of projects from start to completion. Brandon joined TEPS in December of 2013 and was put in charge to complete the electrical portion of the project at Cal Berkeley Memorial Stadium. During this period, he also began estimating on non-Telecom projects and began to establish an electrical division within TEPS that served both Commercial and Industrial applications. Since mid-year of 2015 Brandon has managed TEPS electrical division and has become a significant contribution to TEPS, providing a diverse and an increased customer base.
Adonia Dickson
Human Resources Manager
Adonia Dickson joined TEPS in April of 2014 and has over 14 years of Human Resources Experience. Her passion includes leadership and personal development. Adonia has earned many certifications; one of those she is most proud of is her certification with John C. Maxwell as a speakers, trainer, and coach. She was the President of her local Toastmasters International Club in 2018/2019. Adonia enjoys reading, learning, and growing every day!
Linda Kilmer
Sr. Accounting Manager
Linda Kilmer joined TEPS in 2016 bringing over 20 years of accounting experience, with this being her first time in the construction and telecommunication industry. She started off as the Staff Accountant and quickly moved into becoming the Sr. Accounting Manager since her time being with TEPS. Linda manages six other employees here at TEPS and considers working for TEPS “very rewarding.” She thoroughly enjoys working for a company that feels like family.
